Word of the Day
Usually, I would post these deals over at blog.abui.com – the blog I’ve set up to blog about anything concerning with abui.com – your bonafide Nepali Dictionary on the web. Truth is, 2 people on average in a week care to visit abui blog whereas a bit more come here. What would you do? Right.
If I’m not at work, I’m at Dance Bars (for research .. ‘course). If I’m not at Dance Bars, I’m reading a book. If I’m not reading a book, I’m eating something. If I’m not eating anything, ladies and gents, I’m serving you in the manner by which you can improve your Nepali vocabulary exponentially – I may also be watching what’s on TV or listening to some music or browsing the web at the same time I’m serving you.
That was my life in a nutshell right there!
I’ve got miles to go before I get anywhere close to implementing what I want from abui.com. There are literally more than 50 features that I need to add. And there are at least 17 known issues (known as bugs in my world) that I need to fix. Etc. Etc.
On that token, today, I was able to add a feature akin to Word of the day in abui, except the word could be an उखान, or a गाँउ खाने कथा, or just a good old नेपाली शब्द। The first ever Word of the day happens to be कृशानुरेता।
What does it mean? Head on over to abui.com to find out, will you?
One of my favorite words in Dutch is wispelkeurig, which means fickle. Don’t forget to make that last g soft and hak/thuky. Few people use that word I learned, when I used it.
So while I have no understanding of these sophisticated Nepali words, due to being a lazy type, I wholeheartedly agree, with all of my heart, that encouraging the use of new words is a good thing.

Hey, I’m about to do the same thing at:

That first tweet was an auto-post (showing off here).
Bucketlist: To find out who you really are.
Well, umm – I’m not really a bucketlist kind of a person; but if a bucketlist can do the trick, I don’t see why my blogs here wouldn’t? Or my tweets?

I have followed you in Twitter. And no, I am not a stalker. It’s just that the way you write makes me want to meet you and talk the night away. You are that interesting.
I’m very much flattered Trisha but my skeptical self tells me you’re a friend who’s somehow discovered that I blog here (as so very unlikely as that is) and are pulling a prank. The “You are that interesting” part kinda gives it away
If so, Nice Try A or L or B or even T and S (that’s pretty much it for ‘non-work’ friends)! Else – cool, don’t hold up – let’s meet and talk the night away. You see, I’ve been told I’m an effective counter-stalker haha ..
I’m going to DM you, if you are still up.
Hit the sack last night. Check DM.
Dance bars….he he he he….he said dance bars….he he heh. I LOVE DANCE BARS !!! and MASSAGE PARLORS too.
Which were the latest of both that you patronized? Any top 10s? Worse 10s? Other thoughts?
